Property tax reduced by Government

Just opened an email from solicitor advising me that the 3% transfer tax has been dropped on the Land Transfer Tax to 1%.
For second purchases it has been dropped from 6% to 3%
This is only until August folks so start pestering as it will save you some serious money.
Must be desperate to get some money in, pity they are not intervening to help people to get the opportunity to obtain their Kocans as like us, there is probably no chance of us doing this in the allotted time due to lazy legals, slow court procedures etc.
Anyway, some of you might benefit if you move fast
