i have today found the other people who were hacked,in total £270.000 lost through a lawyer who holds no responsibility for the loss of peoples money,a weak yahoo email address and they shrug it off

I am truly sorry for your loss & obviously you are not the only one. It is such a shame that people do not take the responsibility of other peoples life savings as seriously as they might their own.

Yes things need to change,I have to hope these bad so called lawyers have some kind of duty to there clients in future,this lawyers company has to be brought to book ,I live in hope

What I would like to know is how this happened. How did you lose so much money through a hacked email account?
You are blaming the solicitor without providing any further info, that seems to me to be unfair on the solicitor.

we are looking at our options as who is the real culprit
