Anyone know Mine Konat's telephone number

I am trying to help my friend, who is in England. She needs to get a copy of her Tapu. I suppose the Tapu office in Famagusta will not give me a copy, even if I have a letter from my friend, saying she gives me permission to collect it??
Her lawyer at the time - 13 years ago was Mine Konat - and I do not have her tel. no, and can't find it
