Property Purchase Permit Problems?

If you are not entitled to a permit (buying too much land), or have been refused one (land in wrong place), you can end up having to trust someone to hold your land for you. In a country where even the lawyers say trusts might not be recognised (and who do you trust anyway?), that can be dangerous.
