Disappearing pets

Hi

Does anyone know if the belediyesi are going around picking up animals, or is it a coincidence that there a spate of missing dogs at the moment? Our pointer Lucy is missing and searched everywhere, she literally seems to have vanished without a trace from our Lapta home. I have noticed upon searching all of the TRNC pet pages etc that there are lots of animals disappearing entirely. (i have a post and picture of our missing dog on the pet section). Locals that I have spoken to seem to think hunters may be the reason behind certain breeds vanishing.

Any news Petronemma? We are still ooking for ours too.
It's not much consolation but there are a lot of game birds around at the moment, and the dew is heavy
If yours and mine are wandering there is a good chance they can survive

no we still have no news tonights weather has me really worried if she is just wandering somewhere. really hope our dogs aren't alone. i will never give up, i need to find her. my 3 year old keeps asking where Lucy is and says she misses her. it is heartbreaking not knowing. if i have any updates i will let you know. fingers crossed we find our fur babies soon xx

I am so sorry to read of genuine dog lovers missing their pets, I just don't understand, so many missing in the last couple of weeks. Lucy, Chalky Ghengis & Surfmeetseast I am sorry I do not remember the name of your lovely dog

surfmeetseasts dog is called Good. i know there are so many missing dogs, it is heartbreaking. Thank you for your help and kind words Cally, it is very appreciated xx
