Kitten in need of a forever home
Once again, another poor defenceless kitten found dumped in a bin in Çatalkoy.
She is approx 5 weeks old at the most. I've had her since Wednesday & is currently living in our bathroom as I have 3 dogs who don't take too kindly to cats. I couldn't just leave her in the bin. She is sandy coloured and is very tame & likes being handled. Very affectionate. I'm going to de-flea and worm her.
If anyone has the room & heart for her in their home please get in touch. I've tried uploading a photo but it won't work. If you would like to see a picture I can text it to you... Just PM me with your mobile number.
Thank you

All I can say is thank you for saving the life of this vulnerable kitten & I hope he/she can find a for ever home. If I hear of anyone after one I will let you know

Thank you Cally. I wish we could keep her but it's just not an option. I'm happy to foster her for a while but she cannot stay

Your dogs would soon accept her as part of their family. Ours chase strange cats if they see them in the garden or while out but we had a kitten arrive 3 weeks ago from where is a mystery but within two days they were letting him chew their tails & jump up at their faces!
Good luck.
Good luck.

Ozankoys - I wish that were true. We brought our dogs from the UK and they nearly had our next doors cat for tea on many occasions. If they see a cat they go mad. It's a tough job trying to keep them separated at the minute but hopefully I can find her a home soon enough.

I agree with you we have 2 cats and 3 dogs and only the 1 cat is safe from the dogs after 10 years, the cats lived with us first too, luckily she knows and calls when she comes in. Unfortunately a cat lived with us 2 years before we turned our backs one evening and he was 'brown bread'.Gdrunk wrote:Ozankoys - I wish that were true. That's what I'm afraid of. Our youngest is a British Bulldog puppy and wants to eat anything that moves from leaves to my feet at the minute. She is in training but even the ants and lizards in the back garden are not safe.

Re: Kitten in need of a forever home
I am very sorry to hear that & hope you can find a good home for the kitten. With our previous kitten the dogs found her in a field & were just about to eat her when I pulled her from their jaws. We put her in a big crate on the terrace so they could get used to her.
