Cat colony

Hi all,
Does anybody know if there is a free cat neutering campaign on at the moment? We have a colony that has moved in with us. Three of the six cats are femail. They are only six months old maximum and one has just had her first litter of four. She's holed up with them in our dog's kennel, which isn't going down to well with our Cara )). We are near Bafra, but don't mind travelling to get them sorted. If anyone would like a kitten or four, I'm your man
