I could be wrong but I have looked closely at a street dog in Girne high street and I am sure it is the same dog. His red tag number, this one looks like 181,same markings and certainly looks like his photo? think you said Little Boy was 161??

Im sure it was 00161,but i was not wearing my glasses at the time.

Some one else has mentioned they think they saw little boy in town,now we are wondering if he got really scared when we had the little bit of bad weather and thunder and lightening and he ran to hide and eventually ended up in Town,could that be possible !

Now i see the island dogs most nights as i pass the pia bella roundabout much later each evening than i have before,brings a smile to my face now when i see them,looks like they have laid claim to that island !!!!

The more I look at the photos, the more certain I am.Will have a closer look next time I see him. He was in the area of the news paper shop. Looked fine and well fed. He had a couple of biscuits and then back to sleep. Easily possible, there was one dog taken from the high street to the KAR kennels a few years ago, and weeks later, after escaping, ended up back in his box in the high street!!!a heck of a journey.

OL. i have been reading about dogs sense of smell so it could be possible that he has made his way to town and he could also make his way back,i hope he has found many canine friends to be with if not a human friend.

There were at least 3 others around, and I know the guy in the café by the round tower feeds them. Used to have a box asking for donations, but I haven't seen it for a while. Probably been stopped by some jobsworth!!

My friend and I both saw Little Boy today.100% certainly him, marking exactly as per photo. Gave him some biscuits and he followed us for a while. He is fine and healthy.so glad I know he is safe.

Hi I started a new posting."Big boy in still on the high Street" (Sun 22nd).I have seen him twice in the past few days. last time underneath the news paper stand.

Good news for this Little boy. He has been living down at the harbour for about 2 months. some kind lady has agreed to arrange for him to go back to the UK and to live on her farm. Hope it all works out for him, he is so friendly.

Sat under my table today, with his head on my foot, he looks so happy and healthy. Angela from High Line paragliding has taken some photos for his prospective new owners.

Last week I was so pleased to post ,that a street dog "Little Boy" down at the harbour, was to be rehoused ,with a family who promised to take him back to England, for his forever home. This was to be on a farm where he could quote" chase foxes and rabbits" They sent photos of him back to their family in the UK.They were going to contact KAR, to start the procedure. What has happened, NOTHING. Why do people make these promises???I am gutted.

Such a let down as we was feeling very happy that little boy was going to be getting a permanent home.

We will keep trying, as we don't want him out in the open, now winter is approaching. Sadly High Line Paragliding who look after him now, are closing mid November until March as usual.
