SMALL BAMBI LOOK-A-LIKE DOG NEEDS A HOME

Goldy/red Bambi like dog escaped being run over yesterday in Tempo carpark Catalkoy by jumping in our car. She settled herself down very nicely so was obviously used to car travel.
We had seen her a few days ago but with another dog who seemed to be looking after her but yesterday she was on her own. After making enquiries with no joy we have brought her back with us temporarily, No!! we cannot keep her as we already have our own four to love and care for but the thing is she responds to English commands i.e.sit/stay, walks well on a lead, jumped straight into a basket to sleep [even though it was only an old laundry one!] and made no mess whatsoever in the last nearly 24hrs.
We showered her this morning, with her help of lifting her paws and are taking her to our vet for a check up but then that is it for us, we cannot do anymore so if anyone can help her please contact us. The hard work has been done i.e. training and she is the most sweet natured, gentle and loving little soul, it breaks your heart to think she has been dumped especially as it points to being an Animal Loving English ''Person'' who has done this to her.
Can anyone PLEASE HELP HER she would make someone such a faithful and caring companion.

My other half hopes Deniz1 was not including her in that comment!
An update on the little lady.
She was taken to the vets this morning, sat in the footwell of the car as good as gold.
Good job we had kept her away from our four, as the poor little thing has Kennel cough.
Injections given, antibiotics for a week and fingers crossed.
Our vet also thinks she has had puppies, even though she is so young but where are the puppies now and could this be the reason why she has been dumped.
She will be checked next week and if she has recovered well, she will be ''done'' the following week.
What a life this little sweetheart has had up till now, can someone please turn this around for her and give her the home she so deserves.
Her nature is so sweet and loving and she would give so much to her new owner, please contact us if you can help her.
Thank you, on her behalf.

Oh Bob as if! The dog is so sweet and quite small I saw her at Tempo one of the men there was chasing her of with a stick and I told him to stop and she ran across the road to Hur Deniz.

Thanks for what you did for the poor little thing Deniz1.
Went this morning about 7.00am to let her out of the 'Wendy House Dog Hotel', after bedding her down about 10.00pm. Once again no mess!!!, straight out to do her business, what a good girl!!!

Thank you for the kind and encouraging comments, much appreciated, We know it is a chance in a million that someone will give this little poppet the loving home she so deserves but early days!!!
Cannot believe, all of a sudden, the number of dogs, tagged and untagged that are now out there in our small village.
What is happening, does anyone have the answer?
The good news is that ''little madam'' seems to be getting better, cough just about gone, still sneezing but nothing like what it was and she is feeling obviously more secure and confident so her character is really now blossoming.
She gave a Formula 1 performance around the pool area once she was let out this afternoon as both of us were working all morning.
Check-up next week and hopefully the all clear.

Don't give up, I rehomed Ice with Kemal (MM) just before Christmas and he is now in a wonderful home along with Max. People are still looking for dogs, and it's a matter of luck in being their at the right time, so keep pushing, and hopefully someone will come along that she is just ideal for.

We would just like to let everyone know, who has been reading about ''Little Bambi'',. that the absolutely most beautiful news is:-
her chance in a million has happened, she has been offered a new loving permanent home!!!
Of course she has accepted, instantly falling in love with her new Mum and Dad and she wishes to be known from now on as ''Rosy''.
We are just over the moon as we could not have wished or dreamt for a better home for her.
Thank you to those who have cared about her and join us tonight and raise a glass to ''Rosy'' and her new family.

So pleased she has found a good home. bigbadbob's posting 14, comments on the number of dogs now frequenting his area---well, the same thing has happened here in Alsancak. Dogs that had previously been seen in gardens and cages are now collarless, and running the streets, hoping to find food and maybe a new home. Could I be cynical and suggest that it has something to do with the recent news of microchipping, etc??
