Yesterday, a person driving this car threw a tiny kitten out of the car at about 30mph. Luckily for the kitten Carol was driving behind and stopped to rescue the kitten, who was amazingly alright. After a visit to the vets, she has now taken the kitten home. How can people be so cruel, it just makes me speechless what some people can do to animals. Does anyone know this person?

That's disgusting-have you told the police?
Maybe a name and shame in Cyprus Today might help bring the scumbag to justice.

YUou can't go to the police and tell a fib Owl Lady, but I somehow think the police will do nothing. Get the message out as this board is tyring to do, and try to find out who the person is. Then perhaps someone in authority could send them a letter warning them that harming animals is a prisonable offence. Of course if the original poster were to go to the police and take the kitten and make a case for animal cruelty against the owner of the vehicle, tha tmight do something and then get it in all the media as a warning that animals have rights and are protected by law, and that it might be foolish to consider harming an animal again.

But...... will anyone do that? Or has anyone else got a better idea.

I have shared this post on facebook and guess what, I do have a candidate for a permanent home for the kitten. Is Carol providing a foster home for the kitten or she has taken her in permanently?

Kemal I've sent Carol a message on Facebook and am trying to get her telephone number to call her (I don't have it).

No reply on her telephone, but will keep trying and have sent her a text, so hopefully she'll get her messages soon.

Carol and her husband want to keep the kitten themselves, but said to say thank you to everyone for their kind interest, and Kemal for trying to find a home for her.
