There is a smallish, female Lab-type dog running around in Catalkoy - Ani Restaurant area. Very friendly with a loose silver chain around her neck. Not sure if she has the mange as her chest is bare of hair, as are areas on her body such as around the eyes. Desperately looking for a home and care. We have our own 2 large rescue dogs so cannot take her. Are you her owner??

Is she Black and with a bad eye (one is bigger than the other as she is blind in one eye). We have a friend who's dog went missing. Any chance you could post a pic.
