CHAMELEONS

I'VE SEEN 3 DIFFERENT CHAMELEONS IN MY GARDEN THIS WEEK AND UNFORTUNATELY ONE OF MY CATS INJURED ONE OF THEM AND LOVES TO TRY TO CATCH THEM.
WHERE DO THEY GO IN THE WINTER? THEY ARE REALLY FASCINATING

They seem to come out more when it is not quite so hot, and yes, cats are the enemy!! Last year two got caught in one afternoon. I love them, but don't know how to save them from our cats. I checked my photos the other day and all of them were taken September/October/November

Here is one of mine, that we saved from getting squashed on the road. It was crossing going in their inimitable slow way
