A dog was found on the side of the road in Catalkoy on Monday. He has injuries to his backend and cuts to his neck like he has had a tight chain or rope around his neck at sometime. He is very friendly. The first thing KAR did was check for a microchip and he has one!! Unfortunately although the Vet put in the chip he didnt register the owner and as he does not have his records on computer he cannot find out about the owner. Its a pity because he could have quickly been reunited with his owner. He is being treated by Petcross.
If you want more info on Marley (that is what the KAR staff has called him) then please call Julie 0533 8631950.

So sorry about the dog, do hope the owner is traced, but don't like the sound of the wound around its neck.. What was the point of this vet micro chipping with no record of owner ship?? I really thought that was the whole purpose of the operation, what a PRATT of a vet, unless someone can explain!!!.
