Yes and no, although I appreciate this person trying to find at least a proper home for this poor dog instead of just silently dumping him somewhere...

My own lifestyle has changed a lot since I got my currently 2.5 and 2 year old dogs... I moved three times since, moved my work from one city to another, and got married in the process. Nowhere during this time, I ever considered making plans for the future that does not include my dogs.

Now we got 3 dogs including my wife's totaling 130 kilos (Ares the german shepherd, Max the rottweiler, and Ice the samoyed) and one Donkey (with a capital D, as its his name ), sure its hard work but they are family.

Will you clarify as to which rule my comment was against.

1. Be Polite Rudeness will not be tolerated. You may challenge others' points of view and opinions, but do so respectfully and thoughtfully without insult and personal attack. Any member being intentionally unpleasant or disruptive will be banned without warning.

2. Respect The Forum Moderators Kibkom Forum Moderators have the final say. They do not need to explain their actions.

Your posting resulted in it being reported as failing rule No.1 above. Maybe you thought you were humorous, but it came across as insulting . However, I would also draw your attention to rule 2 above. However, as y9ou asked I am 'explaining' my actions.

We appreciate that the subject of re-homing animals is somewhat emotive, but this was a genuine posting I am sure, and it did not merit the kind of response which you made. And I repeat my deletion was because of a Report sent in by other Kibkomer.

Agreed, unless full circumstances are known then no need for negative comments.

Ali - Good luck with re-homing your pet.
