Thanks to all who kept a look-out for him. I cycled back to our previous house this afternoon. There he was, bold as brass.
I wish I understood how he managed to find his way back. At least I'll know where to look in future.
He's probably miffed now, as I'm sure the Bayram party must be tonight.
