Black & white dog in Lapta

There is a young dog Black with white blaze on chest, 4 white paws & wearing a red collar & para band wandering around by the middle Mosque in Lapta. It has been around for last few days. Poor thing is very nervous & just slinks away if you try to get near it, tried to take a photo but can't get close to it. Coat looks to be in good condition.

Sorry no. The one near us is mostly black.
