Urgent home required for small dog

Looking for a loving home for a small dog (chihuahua cross). Adorable companion, likes nothing better than to sit on the sofa next to you and have his tummy tickled or ride in the car. 13 years young. Doesn't need much exercise and likes to potter about. Had a cataract op and can only see with one eye but has adapted well. Likes cats. Looking for a home which will pamper him.
