Looking for the owner of this lost dog (taken by Lapta Bele

I did find a home for her for a short time but the owner felt she had to let her go as too many male dogs were coming around and bothering her.
I took her to the vet who then read her chip.
Her name is Sandy and her owner´s name is Rabeh Altinawe. His address is 5 Ilhan Sokak, Karsiyaka. The vet tried to call him but it appears the number is out of service. The neighbours told me that a man does not live at that address but 2 women from Nicosia do.
I went with this information to the Lapta police on Apr 7 who said they would get back to me if they found out anything. I took her to the Kyrenia Animal Rescue charity stall on Apr 9 and was told to take her back to where I found her as she already had her pups. The pups were later born on Apr 13.
I did a search on Facebook but did not find anyone by that name listed as a member but I did find the name mentioned on a couple of occasions in their poker tournaments. Could this be the owner?
