Accompany Second dog from UK to TRNC

Hi, I'm not sure if anyone can help but My friend is coming over 12th August ish with 2 collie dogs (in crates in the hold) but the airways (turkish airways) will only let one dog travel on one flight. So if anybody was coming from edinburgh uk to ercan trnc I could meet them at the airport to get the dog. Any help would be really great.
