Help please to re-home beautiful dog!

I had 5 dogs and then found a very emaciated and on the verge of death female pointer in March this year. I brought her back to totally rehabilitated her. She is now a beautiful, loyal and very silky (and spayed) dog called Lilly.
However she doesn't get on with my other 5 original dogs (all rescued too) so I would like to find her a new home with someone who will give her individual the love she deserves.
Please can anyone help me to re-home Lilly.
