I need some who can do upstairs and downstairs Windows outside. Any recommendations?

Used Tim for several years, customers have never reported missing items and always before he goes he asks me double check that I am happy.
Whoever you use do let know what is expected, with windows and shutters I expect the surround of window and door, handles, space in between the window and shutter to be cleaned along with the actual window and shutter, a lot don't and the customer assumes.
