Found white cat

I live in Ozankoy and yet another cat has took up residence in my garden. It is totally white and semi long haired. It has silver grey collar that has pink edging and a little bell. She is very friendly. In veiw of the collar and her friendly nature she most belong to someone and is perhaps just lost. Can anyone help?
