Rottweiller in Lapt area

Has anyone lost a beautiful Rotty in Lapta area. She has gone into a garden and jumped a wall and missed and had got herself stuck on the railings. She is off them and up and walking about but should have some vet treatment.
She is a pure breed, black and tan, no collar, tan eyebrows and maybe 3 1/2 years old
She hasn't been approached as she is not known to anyone here, she was with a smaller dog wandering about, but this one has wandered off
anyone lost one or knows where one lives please let me know as i would love to get her home and looked after
