Hi, we were driving along Lapta-Karsiyaka road yesterday when a tiny ginger and white kitten was about 6 feet into the road!!!! Slammed on the brakes and ran back to pick it up before it was squashed by a car, then realised that under a pile of bricks close by were two more kittens, one ginger and one black. They all still have blue eyes so we're looking after them just now, but if anyone is interested in adopting any of them in about 2 weeks time, please let me know. Sadly the other two from the litter we couldn't save, they were mauled by the German Shepherd living across the road as those kittens had successfully managed to cross the road only to meet their fate.

Have attached a picture for you in case anyone is interested. Both ginger and ginger and white are boys, black is a girl.

They are fully weaned and litter tray trained, very healthy, eat well and sleep all through the night until about 7-7.30 am. So all in all, very cute well behaved kittens.

Yes they are still available. I think they are about 8 weeks old now. We've had them for two weeks. The ginger ones are boys and the black one is a girl. They are really healthy, eat well, litter trained and sleep throughout the night. We are in Kayalar, but we can meet you with them if you like. Advantage is that they have been without their Mum now for a while and are completely socialised and used to being handled by humans.

We really can't keep them as we have two elderly cats, 18 and 15 and they are not best pleased with our lodgers. Would love to find them a home?

Surely there's someone out there who would offer these kittens a loving home? I understand that there are so many kittens and puppies going around now, but KAR wouldn't take these ones and we truly can't keep them.

So please if anyone can help or if you know someone who might like a kitten please consider these ones, they are so cute and very playful now.

Kittens are now about 8-9 weeks old as we've had them for 4 weeks now. They are the perfect age for being rehomed and will be fine being split up. They are a lot more independent of each other now although they do still play with each other all the time.

They will be going for their first injections next week and then a booster 3 weeks later. My friend, who,is a vet, has just left after a visit and she has given them all a clean bill of health and commented on how well socialised they are.

If anyone can offer a home or perhaps knows someone who would like to offer a home, we would be very grateful.

If it helps, we will pay for the necessary vet bills eg vaccinations neutering , all we really need is good homes for them as our 18 year old cat is stressed out

Well a huge thank you to 'M', you know who you are, for giving our little Siyah a wonderful home. She is now to be call Minnos which suits her very well. Be happy little lady, you are a lucky girl.

The two boys, Baillie and Sooki now looking for their forever homes, anyone out there interested?

That's both the boys fully vaccinated, wormed, flea/tick treatment. In about 6-8 weeks they can be neutered and as we've said before. If anyone would like to offers these two cuties a home, we will organise and pay for their neutering if it means them finding a home.

Our two elderly cats have both been very sick within the last 10 days. The younger one Amos at 15 recovered pretty quickly after going to the vet Poor Soma at 18, it took quite a lot out of her. She's lost a lot of weight and dealing with two youngsters is a lot to expect of her.

So any takers would be great, thanks.

Little Minnos has settled very well into her new hone

These two little guys are still with us and are growing fast. So if anyone would like an older kitten/adolescent cat which are past the 'destructive' stage, but still very playful, these are the guys for you?

They're due to be neutered mid August, so not long now.

Hi, did you have any joy re-homing the kittens? Personally I would love one,but my Pointer has other ideas about cats!!! Also thank you for being the only one, to respond to my posting in support of KAR.

Hi, you're welcome, I get really pissed off when people slate what KAR do. If some of these people went up there and volunteered instead of finding fault, perhaps things would improve?

Still got the two boys and they are lovely, beginning to look like we may have them a lot longer than we hoped for!

Great that you managed to get that puppy off the roads and I'm sure, as a puppy, KAR will find him a home.

Thanks for the support, it's so hard when you come across strays, especially when they are so young and vulnerable.
