Oh how funny sorry did I advertise for someone to come and look after my children willy Nilly? NO
I am interviewing nannies and vetting them, it's a normal process in nanny hire, you advertise then invite for an interview and get their references etc and so forth, I can't believe you two people waste time criticising people's threads on here... Ridiculous really!...
