Looking for a position as a Computer Technician for Tech Services where I may use my exceptional troubleshooting skills and knowledge of different operating systems Computer. Technician position with Grace Industries Offering excellence in hardware and software and ability to diagnose the issues to determine root cause .
Well versed in consulting user guides, hardware manuals and other documents to research and execute solutions
• Track record of responding to tickets quickly
• Special talent for troubleshooting technical problems faced by users
• First-hand experience with a wide range of operating systems
• Functional knowledge of Windows
Hands on experience in finding software problems and resolving issues
Applied knowledge of LAN and WAN technology
good knowledge of INTERNET WINDOW SETUP & ANY TYPE OF SOFTWARE
