Bar Manager/ Manageress required full time LAPTA

26th August This position is open again due to the person who accepted the job having a change of circumstances and is now unable to start.
Bar manager or manageress required for New Wine Bar In Lapta. Opened May this year must be able to speak English.
The bar managers job is to run this little quaint bar with outdoor garden , ideally somebody with Bar or coffee shop experience.
Skills required must be able to chat to customers and build the trade
Must be able to prepare cold food and arrange and serve
Keep the bar clean and tidy, control food to health and safety standards as required by us.
Open up and lock up
Control the rota with other staff member
Order stock and build supplier relationships
Market the bar through social media, flyers and promotions
Come up with ideas and advertise well in advance.
The person I am looking for needs to open to training and have the initiative and skills to be able to run a bar with the owners in the background. Be able to think outside the box and keep the standards and customer service high at all times.
This is a small Village bar that is growing having just opened there is always something to do here, and needs somebody that is on the ball.
You need to have initiative and be able to rotate and prepare food keeping labelled with dates and times. mostly cheese which is imported from the UK as its a wine and cheese bar but presentation is of the utmost importance.
Salaried position with immediate start.
