I hope this reply doesn't appear to be negative. However, Cantonese or Mandarin? Ask in one of the many Chinese restaurants if somebody can help you. Where are you based, that might just help readers to advise you?

We would need Mandarin.
Our office is based in Girne.
But place of work can be different. First of all we need to find somebody who can come and meet us to talk about details.

If you are basing a business need on a 'maybe friend' rather than doing something positive about the requirement - well, I rest my case. Nothing more to add.
