Ticketing Agent – Flights Department
We are looking for a talented individual to join our Flight Department based in Kyrenia.
Working hours will be 11am – 7pm on a rota basis Monday – Sunday (approx. 45 hours per week).
Good remuneration package.
• Turkish/English speaking with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to think analytically and logically to produce accurate work
• In-depth GDS knowledge in reservations, ticketing and re-issue is essential, trained on Amadeus is preferable.
• Handling of Q applications
• BSP compliant with standard traffic documents and procedures
• BSP agent billing reports and procedures
• BSP agent remittance procedures
• Reconciliation and BSP accounting.
• Proficient on Outlook, Excel, Word - previous use of databases and booking software a distinct advantage.
