Property Management Officer
Are you an enthusiastic, dynamic person interested in a career in the property sector? Why not become a Property Management Officer professional? based in the North Cyprus area. Hours are flexible, post is part time to start with then expanding. e.g. 3-10 hours per week, ( The level of work will be increasing over short time to 20 hours, 30 hours, 40 hours and training will be provided. ) No experience is essential but willingness to learn, to remember information/ utilise information is essential and to be proactive at all times:

excellent property management service across the globe. We manage properties in London, Hastings, and Hull area.
Do you have a knowledge of English and a limited knowledge of Turkish. ( ideally good or great knowledge of turkish would be beneficial. )
You will be responsible for all aspects of property letting, management and maintenance, as well as be the initial point of
contact when liaising with tenants and contractors to ensure an effective property management operation at all times. Also you
will support the whole team where necessary and maximise all opportunities to increase revenue and control costs.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide direct support to the Company Director as instructed.
Some knowledge or willing to learn; relevant Housing Legislation in the country.
Undertake viewings with potential clients.
Pre Analysis of reasonable potential clients and prospects
Interviewing and screening potential clients.
Collating and maintaining up-to-date client records.
Raise appropriate work order requests having verified the work beforehand.
Coordinate and manage property repairs, liaise with maintenance contractors to ensure works/repairs are completed to a timely & satisfactory level.
Verify standard of workmanship on receipt of the contractor invoice.
Communicate with tenants where issues need to be addressed & undertake problem assessments to identify suitable solutions to resolve the issues.
Conduct a regular inspection programme of all nominated properties and ensure that adequate records (including photographic) are maintained.
Undertake move in & move out procedures, to include recording meter readings, recording of information (including photographic evidence) of safety issues / re pairs and dealing with any tenant ‘education’ tasks.
Produce accurate reports & statistics for management information purposes.
Manage all costs, particularly those associated with maintenance work and to maximise all income generating opportunities.
Chasing outstanding rent, as well as all other costs/fees that are due from the tenant.
Respond to correspondence received via letter & email.
Make & receive telephone calls in relation to all aspects of the business.
Provide daily support to all other members of the team to include all aspects of office administration .
Maintain office logs as appropriate such as safe, keys accountability, inventory accountability.
Ensure maintenance documentation is completed for all contractors and that all employees are listed
To assist with the selling of the property , viewings, straight sale and dynamic sale.
To assist with the sales of property for person struggling to sell there house.
Dealing with contracts and contractual law aspects.
Monitoring monies paid into an account and developing the toughness to handle when things don’t necessarily to plan..
Opportunities include; role developing into a possible management position with training provided for the person that can embrace the role.
