Title: Customer support engineer
Our support team is a critical part of our success, and maybe you are the person we are looking for.
We take the comfort of our customers very seriously. You have to be good at:
- Client-facing
- Customer care (motivated to help and excellent manners)
- Perfect Written and verbal skills (English)
- Firm grasp of how computer systems and the web work
- Working in 8h shifts (day, evening, night, 5 days per week)
Basic knowledge of networking and Linux is a big advantage.
