Henry Charles Estates are seeking an experienced office administrator to be the friendly and professional first point of contact to our customers, and provide exceptional clerical support. If you have experience in running an office efficiently then the role within our company as the office administrator would provide the right person a great opportunity to gain experience and create a great career opportunity within the real estate business.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Answering phones and screening direct calls.
Taking and relaying messages.
Providing information to callers.
Greeting clients entering premises in a friendly , welcoming and friendly manner.
General administrative and clerical support to sales team.
Responsible for maintaining the office clean & tidy.

Candidate Profile:

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Word & Excel.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Fluent in English & Turkish. Third language an advantage.
Professional personal presentation.
