PART TIME POSITION



Requirements & skills needed:

Applicants will be fully involved in a wide range of office duties. Duties will involve:

• Communicating with customers via email and telephone
• Offering quotations
• Taking reservations
• Will be on call with the work phone out of office hours
• Assisting the office staff with work overflow

Applicants must possess a good command of English, and should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook on a PC-platform.

Previous experience would be an advantage, although sufficient training will be given.

Working Hours:

Saturday, Sunday & Monday: 09:00 – 17:00
