We are seeking a dynamic English speaking Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months previous high value sales experience preferably with financial products or forex industry directly. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Contact new and existing clients on regular basis to maintain and build long lasting relationships in order to ensure a high level of satisfaction for the clients.
Develop and maintain the knowledge of new and existing products of the company to provide best service and training to the new and existing clients.
Focus on the possibility to increase the business coming from existing clients and explore other innovative ideas to refer new clients to the company.
Follow up on the feedback and queries of the clients on a daily and routine basis.
Develop the ability to co-operate with other departments in order to get work done efficiently and politely.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
A minimum of 6 months previous sales experience in a target driven role, ideally within Forex.
Excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills.
Fluent inEnglish, knowledge of any other languages will be considered as an advantage.
Dynamic, innovative and target-oriented with a positive approach to innovative ideas.
