Admin post near central grine

Looking for a full time administrator to work in our busy office. You must be a native english speaker to be considered for this position. This will include the following tasks -

* Answering and making calls to clients,
* Booking in jobs and dealing with technicians schedules.
* Dealing with emails and responding to clients in a timely manner.
* Chasing quotes

If you have book keeping experience that would be a bonus as we use Xero online accounting software.

The ideal candidate wound need to have the following attributes -

* Punctual at all times
* Able to work as part of a team of five admin staff
* Attention to detail and focused
* Excellent telephone manner
* Good customer service skills
* Ability to handle a heavy workload

Hours are 10am -6.30pm Mon-Fri with a 30 min lunch

Salary is in GBP
