Anyone any suggestions? Whenever go to webpage now get redirected to things such as ad-choices, tradeasexchange, adtypegoogle etc. Nothing detected by scanning with malwarebites or avg. Only happens when over here, on laptop and tablets. Could the router or my ADSL provider be the cause? Any suggestions on what to do greatly appreciated.

Have you tried the affected devices 'over here' but on a different internet connection (a friends or a cafe or something). Trying that may help establish if it is specific to when you use this devices on that connection alone or more general.

If these are NOT pop-up adverts etc (which can be stopped to a large extent if not totally by using a browser add-on), but you are actually taken to another page, different from what you have typed in, this indicates a problem with DNS (the system that translates - for example,www.thissite.com - to a number set (151.6.68.45) that computers recognise) - where the translation system has been corrupted, accidentally or otherwise.
It is a possiblity that your router has been hacked - if you look here and here, this is an article in a recent magazine dealing with this problem. I scanned these, so read on line, or if you want to copy, right-click on the picture and "save as" to your device.
Hope it helps!
