Laptop problem - screen displaying upside down

Want to know how to receive English Channels via the Internet in North Cyprus? Need to repair or buy a laptop?

I have an older Dell Latitude D 630 and overnight , the screen now displays upside down , I have rebooted twice with effect .

Any ideas ?
