I am having a problem with my Galaxy tablet and bbc iplayer/itv player etc I have the Multimax VPN (TVMax) connected but still cannot download or watch anything on iplayer or itv player. I keep getting the message "Web Page not available .......check to make sure that your device has a signal and data connection". If i take the VPN off then the pages load but obviously i cannot then watch or download and when i try to download the hub from playstore it says it is not available in your country regardless of if the VPN is on or off .
Lady in Multimax office checked the VPN and said it is working but now i am not sure if it is or not or if it is a problem with the devise.
Does anyone know what the problem is or how to correct it ?

We are having the same problems. And we contacted MM and the lady we spoke to couldn't offer any help. We set our Tablet up and start to play and after about 15 mins a message comes up saying 'content unavailable at this time / check server connection' The VPN is connected but still no joy.
Would be great if someone could advise us.
Thank you.

I have been trying again today and have had no joy at all .....i can open bbc iplayer but when i put the VPN on to download i cannot access bbc iplayer to watch or download - just keep getting the message page "web page may have moved .... Please check your devise has a signal and data connection " - I cannot open the itv hub with or without the VPN as it says "Not available in your Country" ---so i think it must be the VPN connection that is not right for the devise. Needed to download stuff to watch on a long journey.

Yippee - just finished a phone tutorial with Erol and after a few tweaks, setting up new VPN settings and re submitting certain info it is now all sorted and my downloads for the journey are already in progress. Yippee.
Thank you Erol and also Rachel (MM Office) for your help and time.

The VPN is connected for about 30 mins and then just seems to disconnect itself. I can be watching BBC Iplayer and thats when it happens, then I get a message that reads: ' Content Not Available At This Time ' or it reads: ' Check Server ' This also happens when I am trying to watch ITV Hub etc. I have spoken with MM but they say my Internet connection is very strong, and cannot help with any problem for the VPN. I have checked everything I can think of but no joy !!! Please have you any ideas why this is happening and how I may correct it?
Thanx very much.

Hi Greenvalley

I did send a PM to you and it does appear to have been opened but I have had no reply to it ?

I may be able to help (as a fellow kibkomer rather than a MM employee) but I do need to speak to you and ask some questions in order to establish if I can do, hence why I asked for a contact number in the pm I sent.
