I'm in Alsancak and the signal is very interupted with loads of poor square pixels. Its stopping a lot during Casualty not what I expected or wanted for my 749tl paid on Wednesday afternoon ... will I live to regret it? What a bummer!

I am in Kyrenia and have had rubbish reception all weekend trying to watch sport. Totally frustrating and a waste of money.

Not necessarily a M/Max problem......
We are not M/Max, but do use FilmOn TV. On Sat. evening, the service constantly buffered to the point of being unable to watch.
Was there an island-wide internet problem affecting all ISPs?

Well Multimax,
Just been on your site to see the statement as you suggested re service problems.
Realistically, I had to turn off the Multimax ''free'' TV service last night as it went to a black screen and ultimately was unwatchable. What a bummer!
I've just deleted my thoughts off this message because they were so negative. I'll wait until Wednesday before commenting further. Hope it works out for us all because I've encouraged three neighbours to change to Multimax and feel a right fool.

Why should moving an office affect anyone's signal?? Surely they are two different parts of a business, or should be. There must be more to all this problem with the transmission/signal of Mbs to all the customers????? so that the customer can get what they are paying for. Something is slow timing, is it just the signal, who knows?

Last night Really TV Channel on Filmon was was unwatchable. The Sound was running about a minute in front of the picture. Every programme I tried to watch was the same. However all other channels were running ok, so you cannot blame MMax for that. It is Filmon where the problem seems to come from. As we have been told before from MMax Filmon is a free service. Also I am from the Alsancak area and my speed can go as high as 14 ( I am paying for 5 ) but the next time I use it I cannot even get the MMax speed test to show.

I contacted MM today and later on they phoned me to examine my queries ... full marks to MM. The issues have still to be sorted but at least they are on the case. Too many ''connected'' to the Merit perhaps from here in Alsancak? Wait and see what can be done but hopeful.
