Yes off here too. Ours is connected okay to the router but it says limited. Amazingly it will open the MM website sometimes and do a speed test giving 11Mbs but seconds later it refuses to open any other web page. Can't get through on the phone either. Sadly we've had an ongoing problem with our connection for a while now too so this might just send me over the limit of my patience

As Multimax, we had downtime approx 55mins that was caused by our upstream provider, the Turkish Telekom. We still do not know what the exact cause of the problem was, but telephones to turkey was down, as well as internet of some other providers. It looks like one of the 2 fiber optic cables they have out from Cyprus was down (for unknown reason) and we were part of the unlucky half.

ps. We do not yet have any confirmation (we might not have any info till morning) that the problem is fully resolved, it is back now, hopefully stays this way.

Internet is back on, I'm in Alsancak. When it happens, I just shut up shop and wait. Kills me to be patient but kicking the computer has never worked in my experience

Put in a ticket last Wednesday regarding slow connection speeds, no reply.
Tried on line help, gave up waiting for a reply.
This morning 9:00am 0.17Mbps
This morning 10:00am connection so slow I could not do a speed test!
Put in another ticket earlier today no reply.
UPTO ! 5Mbps package yeah right! lucky to get 1/5th of that speed.
Maybe if you pay for the UPTO! 20Mbps package you may get 5Mbps
What do the customers get who are on the 3Mbps?

It appears that you get a quicker response airing grievances on KIBKOM rather their own helpline (albeit excuses, never their fault) !

I have to agree with Chatterbox they are doing their best. I sent MM an email 11 pm on Saturday night could not watch tv, they replied to me around midnight which I thought was great. I do get fed up as watch loads of tv, but when I think back I ran a restaurant in Lapta without a phone for years in the late 80s so drove to kyrenia each day for bread. Glad back today., saved me watching football much to Ergun's annoyance ha. Ha.

We no longer respond to problems reported on forums, if you like to have a response, There are 5 different ways to contact Multimax, and if all of them failed for you, you can send me an email and I will investigate why.
