Internet dropping out

Our MM internet drops out three/four times a day for up to 30 minutes,this has been happening for about a week now.Has anyone else been having this problem?We had a new router and wiring fitted yesterday and it's still happening so to my way of thinking the problem is not at my end.I will be contacting MM but wanted to see if it was just me.Thanks.

ONLY TODAY
we have had to take down all major links for emergency maintenance going to Alsancak/Lapta/Karsiyaka region and this has caused a few short outages as well as intermittent and slow connection speeds while traffic was rerouted to secondary links.
SO
if you are from this region, and experienced problems today between 3pm and 5pm, this was the reason.
if you are or have been experiencing issues you described outside of these hours, than the answer it no, it is not a general issue, and if somebody else is by coincidence having similar problems, it is almost certain that it is not connected to your problem.
