I do not know I could trust a poster here on this forum with a posting history like yours either kevyk. You have a track record of seemingly malicious posts ( http://www.kibkomnorthcyprusforum.com/v ... 18#p112518 ). You also in the past seemed to have replied to a post made by another user as if you were that other users ( http://www.kibkomnorthcyprusforum.com/v ... 72#p109072). So yes trust can be a difficult thing.kevyk wrote:Dont know i could trust a company who is always compareing things to a ferrari
Multimax does not advertise or market its internet connections as 'unlimited'. In fact they are unlimited in that you can use them as much as you like. Yes we do have a traffic management policy that can temporarily reduce a users speed IF and only if they exceed certain volumes in peak hours (outside of these hours the connection is totally unlimited). What is more we are totally honest and upfront about this traffic management policy and the specific details of how it works on each of our packages is published on our website.kevyk wrote:unlimited does not exist with multimax
Are you a multimax customer ? You have previously claimed to be with Sunny Cyprus ( http://www.kibkomnorthcyprusforum.com/v ... 73#p109073 ). So if you are not a Multimax customer how can you know what we 'always' do if you have a problem ? The fact is issue with TTnet can be specific to a single provider, or they can affect some providers that use them and not others or they can affect all who use TTnet, depending on what the issue is. For the record we do not 'always blame TTnet'. What we do do is try and provide, honestly and openly, the best information we can to our users when there are problems with the service.kevyk wrote:and when you have a problem they always blame Turkey while other isps still have connection. just an observation, but i dont trust some company''s in TRNC
So you claim, but whether such a claim is believable or not is a matter of trust. When you reply to a post by someone who most definitely IS selling something, as if you were that poster, as you clearly did here ( http://www.kibkomnorthcyprusforum.com/v ... 72#p109072 ) then it does undermine said 'trust' I am afraid.kevyk wrote:Firstly EROL i am not selling anything...!!!!!!!!
As my posts are my opinion and I have a right to voice them as well.kevyk wrote:secondly was my opinion!!!!!

Certainly I have a desire to counter claims by yourself about the company I work for that are not true. Are you not now 'defending' ? Does that speak volumes as well ? It seems to me you approach now is to try and get this thread closed as soon as possible.kevyk wrote:you obviously have a need to defend.. speaks for itself.

I work for MM. I have always been open and honest about that. I also worked for NTV and I do still have a relationship with them but am not involved in their day to day operations these days. I sincerely hope that people do check out my 'history' not just here on this forum but in wider terms as well. You could start with googling "erol ziya unmetered". My history before coming to Cyprus is one of years of unpaid work in the UK as an advocate for internet users in the UK.kevyk wrote:Also i suggest other users look at your past posts and your history in programming and companies you are involved in or maybe you dont want people to know.
You saidkevyk wrote:What did i say that was untrue
This is just not true.when you have a problem they (multimax) always blame Turkey
you added (multimax) why?erol wrote:You saidkevyk wrote:What did i say that was untrue

Are you serious ? I added multimax in brackets to my selective quote to make it clear that was who you were talking about. I had 2 choices - quote everything you said that contained your untrue claim about multimax, or just quote the relevant part and add myself in brackets the multimax part. Here is a full quote of what you said , without any change at all.kevyk wrote:you added (multimax) why?erol wrote:You saidkevyk wrote:What did i say that was untrue

To claim that Multimax always blame Turkey if and when a customer has problems is just simply not true.kevyk wrote:Dont know i could trust a company who is always compareing things to a ferrari

keith, that's an oxymoronic comment, I thinkKeithcaley wrote:Just don't you go and join in!jacob wrote:A good spat going on here.
Actually, I'm not altogether sure that that's gramatically correct, but you know what I mean...

Fair criticism on the whole from an actual MM customer that I am happy to 'take on the chin' as an MM employee and representative. What is much harder to take is untrue claims about MM from someone who at best is not even a MM customer and worst a 'sock puppet'.Anyway I have been a MM customer for some years and as others have intimated, it's good but not perfect, depends on what is happening to the Turkey internet pipeline it seems but when it's working, I'm happy. I still get buffering in the evenings when watching TV especially if (I assume) I've used up my daily allowance and getting nearer to midnight. Kemal is rather sensitive to criticism (sometimes justified) and perhaps it could be said, not the worlds best company spokesman on the PR and customer relations side
