Warning: I proudly work for Multimax, so my opinions are biased but my facts are true

There will always be some people contend with their X company connection.

Human nature is so interesting that if you offer a Ferrari and a Fiat for the same price, some people would still pick the Fiat...

Of course respecting everybody's decisions regarless, and accepting that its their money to spend(or waste)...

You can choose to go with either company, or another one, BUT, if you choose Multimax:

Not only we can easily claim that you will get multiple times faster service for your money, 7 days operational office(yes our office is open on saturdays, and sundays), 365 days phone support etc etc

We ALSO back all our claims up with 100% money back guarantee for the unused portion of your account.

You have nothing to lose and a lot to gain...

Kemal

In the 14+ years I've been here, I've tried most of the internet service providers here. In my honest opinion Multimax are streets ahead of the competition in both reliability and customer service.

Some of us are stuck with no choice. Perhaps Multimax might consider investing some of their funds in infrastructure so that potential clients in the Camlibel and Tepebasi area could receive their service. MM covers Guzelyurt, why not Tepebasi?

I am with MM and yes sometimes problems but Erol and staff are very good. They will email you if see a problem coming up and for me a person who is useless on all this technical staff are great. I have been with them years.

I am with Extend .

And once my year is up I will be going with multimax as I have nothing but trouble with my provider.

Kind regards.

I do not know I could trust a poster here on this forum with a posting history like yours either kevyk. You have a track record of seemingly malicious posts ( http://www.kibkomnorthcyprusforum.com/v ... 18#p112518 ). You also in the past seemed to have replied to a post made by another user as if you were that other users ( http://www.kibkomnorthcyprusforum.com/v ... 72#p109072). So yes trust can be a difficult thing.
kevyk wrote:unlimited does not exist with multimax
Multimax does not advertise or market its internet connections as 'unlimited'. In fact they are unlimited in that you can use them as much as you like. Yes we do have a traffic management policy that can temporarily reduce a users speed IF and only if they exceed certain volumes in peak hours (outside of these hours the connection is totally unlimited). What is more we are totally honest and upfront about this traffic management policy and the specific details of how it works on each of our packages is published on our website.
kevyk wrote:and when you have a problem they always blame Turkey while other isps still have connection. just an observation, but i dont trust some company''s in TRNC
Are you a multimax customer ? You have previously claimed to be with Sunny Cyprus ( http://www.kibkomnorthcyprusforum.com/v ... 73#p109073 ). So if you are not a Multimax customer how can you know what we 'always' do if you have a problem ? The fact is issue with TTnet can be specific to a single provider, or they can affect some providers that use them and not others or they can affect all who use TTnet, depending on what the issue is. For the record we do not 'always blame TTnet'. What we do do is try and provide, honestly and openly, the best information we can to our users when there are problems with the service.

Maybe it is time for you to create a new 'sock puppet' kevyk ?

So you claim, but whether such a claim is believable or not is a matter of trust. When you reply to a post by someone who most definitely IS selling something, as if you were that poster, as you clearly did here ( http://www.kibkomnorthcyprusforum.com/v ... 72#p109072 ) then it does undermine said 'trust' I am afraid.

Certainly I have a desire to counter claims by yourself about the company I work for that are not true. Are you not now 'defending' ? Does that speak volumes as well ? It seems to me you approach now is to try and get this thread closed as soon as possible.

I work for MM. I have always been open and honest about that. I also worked for NTV and I do still have a relationship with them but am not involved in their day to day operations these days. I sincerely hope that people do check out my 'history' not just here on this forum but in wider terms as well. You could start with googling "erol ziya unmetered". My history before coming to Cyprus is one of years of unpaid work in the UK as an advocate for internet users in the UK.

Are you serious ? I added multimax in brackets to my selective quote to make it clear that was who you were talking about. I had 2 choices - quote everything you said that contained your untrue claim about multimax, or just quote the relevant part and add myself in brackets the multimax part. Here is a full quote of what you said , without any change at all.

To claim that Multimax always blame Turkey if and when a customer has problems is just simply not true.

Now how about you answer some of my questions ?

Are you a Multimax customer ?

Why when the user "DS Expat TV" made a post did you reply as if YOU had made that post yourself ? http://www.kibkomnorthcyprusforum.com/v ... 72#p109072

Multimax every time, have been with extend, but multimax service leaves them cold. Nothing is perfect on this island but then again multimax at least try to keep you informed and if you call very rarely do you not get a good response. Excellent. Well done Kemal and Erol doing a great job in difficult circumstances....

I am a simple-minded soul. However, it appears to me a single poster disagrees with or questions the veracity of MM postings on its service, whilst a number of other users living in the TRNC are content. What further value can be achieved here?

The question at the start of this thread was Internet connection - Multimax or Extend.

Can we please now keep to the question originally asked.

Any further trading of insults will be deleted.

I've heard a few insults in my time but 'you are a pregnant goldfish' has somehow escaped my attention!

Anyway I have been a MM customer for some years and as others have intimated, it's good but not perfect, depends on what is happening to the Turkey internet pipeline it seems but when it's working, I'm happy. I still get buffering in the evenings when watching TV especially if (I assume) I've used up my daily allowance and getting nearer to midnight. Kemal is rather sensitive to criticism (sometimes justified) and perhaps it could be said, not the worlds best company spokesman on the PR and customer relations side

Fair criticism on the whole from an actual MM customer that I am happy to 'take on the chin' as an MM employee and representative. What is much harder to take is untrue claims about MM from someone who at best is not even a MM customer and worst a 'sock puppet'.
