iplayer with multimax

i have internet through multimax and have an android box but cant seem to access iplayer or itv catch up i can get as far as entering my postcode then no further can anyone help

To access iPlayer you may need to configure and use a VPN service on the device (either a third party paid for one or the free MM one). For ITV player you will definitely need to a VPN. As to how to configure such a VPN service on your android box, that is not something that is simply to explain in text here and can vary depending on exactly what kind of android box it is you have.

my android box is an MXQ from OTT IS THERE ANYONE THAT WOULD HELP ME i am 67 and a bit confused
