Multimax Traffic Management

When speaking to Multimax about speed problems. Told I am subject to speed management.
I am on freedom gold package. Can anybody explain this please?

Hi
As you have a 'real name' in your kibkom profile - I am pretty sure I can find you as a Multimax customer on our Multimax systems and I will ring you tomorrow and speak to you directly as this is probably easiest.
I would say if your problem was related to poor 'TV streaming' last night - thursday the 15th october 2015 between the hours of 20:45 and 22:15 , then there was a network wide problem with our ttnet connection between those times that was causing streaming problems for our customer. Normally in such situation we do send out sms text messages to all potentially affected customers - in this instance because of a combination of factors we did not do so.

But like I say I will call you tomorrow (the name you show in your profile here is not an exact match for the customer name I think you are on the multimax system but am pretty sure it is the same person) and speak to you directly.
