Computer down at 1430. Called Multiimax. Engineer arrived and new cabling to roof apparatus fixed by 1600.

Thanks for a superb response and service.

It must be getting boring for you now Multimax but if you carry on providing service like this then you must accept the thanks that go with it - boring or not!!!

Erolz of MM to the rescue for me. Email with a probable issue, and within 5 minutes of sending my email Erolz phoned me to talk through me through the issue. Problem solved.
