Puppy chewed external internet cable on Saturday.
Knew I would have problems getting it repaired by Extend with the 9 day holiday due.
Phone call to Paul & Gwyn with the promise that when Paul was next in my area he would call in and try and attempt a quick fix till I could get it properly repaired.
Today, received a phone call to ask if we were in and within 5 minutes Paul was here and fixed the cable at no charge.
Now that is what I call good customer service.
