does anyone know how to put multimax vpn onto a kindle fire please.

There's instructions
here, and the simple configuration details are shown on a page on the Multimax website - but basically, the details are: -
Server: vpn.mmcyp.com
Username: tvmax
Password: tvmax
If you need to specify 'type', then choose 'PPTP'
As regards giving the vpn connection a name, you can call it whatever you like - you only give it a name so that you know which one it is (in case you have more than one).

Actually I think you should be using L2TP/IPsec with certificate for the type.
