EXTEND

Is.it.just.us.or.is.anybode.else.having.problems.with.this.system.It.is,buffering,every.few.seconds.and.is.driving.us.mad.Its.not.the.first.time.its.happened.it.seems.to.be.doing.it.every.few.days.now......PS.sorry.for.full.stops.but.thr.keyboard.is,also.playing.silly.b_____S.

I am Ozanköy with Extend. In the evening it has been bad for ages but whether it is Extend or NTV I am not sure. Satellite Cyprus have just been out to look at the problem for us and have been very helpful indeed. They have lent us a box to see if that will solve our problem as it does not at the moment appear to be Extend causing the trouble. We shall see this evening if that is the answer for us.
