Update iPad/MMvpn

MMvpn for iPad issue on my iPad as been resolved. The problem was my router had been configured appropriately for UK internet but not for here in TRNC. This was rectified through the good offices of Multimax and Erol in particular, who made the appropriate reconfiguration.
