Ruling came out today from the UK's Advertising Standards Authority with regards to their recent ad campaigns.

For those reasons we concluded that the claims “UK’s most powerful wi-fi signal” and “Our hub gives you better wi-fi coverage” were misleading.

On this point, ads (a) and (d) breached BCAP Code rules 3.1 3.2 (Misleading advertising), 3.9 (Substantiation), 3.10 (Qualification), 3.12 (Exaggeration) and 3.33 (Comparisons with identifiable competitors). Ads (b) and (c) breached CAP Code (Edition 12) rules 3.1 3.3 (Misleading advertising), 3.7 (Substantiation), 3.9 (Qualification), 3.1 (Exaggeration) and 3.33 (Comparisons with identifiable competitors).
I myself had finally got round to submitted a complaint to the ASA on this issue at the beginning of June, though clearly I was 'behind the curve' on this as the investigation by the ASA was already well under way by this time following complaints from others.
